PENDING Great piece of development land could be multiple large homesites or a great piece of pastureland. This land is in Flood Zone X and is made up of quality soils. The land has over 2500' of frontage on it's east side along Bixby Rd (one lane gravel road) and it would have almost 2200' of frontage on its west side on FM 2556 (two land paved road) but there is a large drainage canal that separated the land from the road. A culvert crossing could be added to give this land better access to that FM road. This land is currently being farmed and has ag exemption so taxes are very low.
