Melaney Dudley is a Louisiana native and a graduate of LSU with a BA in Sociology. She has 44 hours of Masters’ credit in religious education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. She has been married to Frank, a native of the Valley, for 34 years, and they have two married children and one granddaughter. Melaney worked for 8 years as an Executive Assistant at FBC Harlingen. Prior to that, she studied French for a year in Tours, France and moved to live in Togo, West Africa for 11¹/₂ years. Melaney has an adventurous nature and enjoys gardening, interior design painting, and mission projects.
